1) The above mentioned state authorities are accused because they conscientiously and intentionally are organizing the terror, murders, robberies and persecution against perfectly innocent civil population.
2) The State legalization of killings:The perfectly innocent
Italian doctor of medicine Dr.Cetina from Genova-Italy
(informations about this case can be reached in the Embassy of Italy in Zagreb) was brutally murdered bay six Croatian policemen near the city of Primosten.
3)Perfectly innocent Dr. Cetina was persecuted with police car, and when was captured, six Croatian policemen took the head of Mr. Dr. Cetina and with the head policemen beat against the stones. The murderers in the police uniform were proclaimed as 'nervous' and they were not punished.
4)After was captured in the city park of Omis near Split by policemen, the perfectly innocent Croatian girl Miss. Kukulj from Imotski- Vinjani
was burnt alive in the civil hospital in the city of Split.
5)The family of dead Miss. Kukulj did not know if they were buried their dead and burnt girl without human organs or just a plastic's doll?!
6) The perfectly innocent Croatian student of low Mr. Ravlic from Makarska was assailed and beat with shoes by the policemen in the civil uniform. The policemen took the head of perfectly innocent student Mr. Ravlic and beat the head against reinforced concrete.
7)After that, the same innocent student Mr. Ravlic was subjected under the court terror!
8) Mr. Ivica Kirin, Mrs. Ana Lovrin, Mr. Marijan Benko,
Mr. Ninoslav Curic, Mr. Mladen Bajic are accused because they did nothing against the associated crime deal done by the state authorities.
9)Even, after Mr. Ravlic was assailed, the head of police of Dalmatia
- Mr. Ninoslav Curic told that the police officers from Makarska made
a legal act against perfectly innocent Mr. Ravlic.
10) The State protections for murderers and criminals:
The State authorities are protecting Mr. Josip Perkovic - the murderer of innocent Stjepan Djurekovic. Mr. Josip Perkovic murdered Mr. Stjepan Djurekovic in Germany. Despite of the Demand for extradition by German's authorities Minister of justice of Croatia rejected an extradition.
11)The murderer Josip Perkovic is a father of a counselior of President of Croatia Mr. Stjepan Mesic, and with them exist a familiar friendly relationships.
The same relationships exist between the members of Croatian government and murderer Josip Perkovic.
12) The same case: Mr. Ante Jelavic was sentenced in Bosnia and Herzegovina to long term prison. But, Mr. Ante Jelavic escaped in Croatia, where Jelavic lives as a honorable hero and, even, with great properties.
13) The State criminal traffic of human organs: In the family Maric from the city of Split-Zrnovnica, in the civil hospital, was born a new child. The child was dead in the suspicious circumstances. But, the family could not buried the body of child, because the body disappeared without any explanation.
14) The State criminal robberies of national properties: One of the greatest markets of human food in the Europa "Konzum" from Zagreb (value more than 10 billions euro) with several great factories was subjected to the State criminal robbery by Mr. Ivica Todoric with State authorities. In this and other similar cases 500 000 innocent workers were brutally sent on the street.
15) Mr. Miomir Zuzul, the member of Parliament, publicly and brutally robed the factory "Imostroj" from Imotski (value more than 20 millions euro). The owner of that factory became the family of Mr. Miomir Zuzul.
16) The robberies and the systematic State court terror: The whole island of Brac is subjected to the court terror of judge Mrs. Domic. Mrs. Domic confiscated a half private properties on the island of Brac. Despite that was done publicly and brutally, the private properties were not returned to the legal owners.
17) The State criminal accusations with murders against perfectly innocent citizens: At first the civil and military police from the city of Ploce brutally killed an innocent citizen from Ploce (article published in "Slobodna Dalmacija) . After that the same police officers made a criminal accusation with that murder against perfectly innocent citizen from Ploce. . The State authorities often do the same actions like this one for one purpose - to widespread a chaos, fear,
despair. Now the innocent ccitizen from Ploce is in Croatian prison.
18) The Minister in the Governement Mr. Popovic was brutally murdered by Croatian secret police. But, for murder was accused perfectly innocent citizen,
and now that innocent citizen is in prison Lepoglava.
